I was highly impressed by the following: The amount of visits from doctors and the consultant. The dignity with which I was treated. The personal acts of kindness by staff. The comfort and convenience of the environment. The commitment of the staff. I must also write that I am very, very appreciative of the fact that the staff and consultant seen to have accurately diagnosed my condition. I feel a lot better whereas I was deteriorating prior to my admission to Queens. Bad, actually, I find it impossible to satisfactorily express in words my gratitude and appreciation. I can think of no necessary improvements except to write that the staff seemed to be 'stretched' at the weekend and, on the odd occasion, response was a bit slow (sorry). Nonetheless I do not doubt their commitment- at times they were almost running, however, even then I did not experience any bad temper, etc from staff.

Nothing was good. Dr made me come at 7 am while no one bothered to see me till 9 am, due to change of staff took over 1.5 hours. Then nurse did not bother or anyone to let us know what is going on. Everyone was a thing busy while they were just standing and chatting away. I've been in a lot of pain, and I felt and got treated I don't exist. I know no action will be taken- but yeah a manager should keep.
